Refund & Return Policy

​1. No Refunds – Store Credit Only for Defective Items

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you receive a defective item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
 

2. Return Policy for Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect:

1. Contact Us at [info@sltburn.com] within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect.

3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount.

Important Notes:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
   

3. Exchange Policy – Size Swaps Only

We understand that sizing can be tricky! We allow one-time size exchanges under these conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping, but we will cover the cost of sending the replacement size.

To request a size exchange, email us at [info@sltburn.com] with your order number and preferred size.
 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear is final sale unless defective. We do not accept returns for:

• Used or worn items

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards
   

5. Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges

• Once your return or exchange is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Store credit will be issued as a unique code that can be used on your next purchase.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
