1. Orders & Shipping
 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
 

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 5-7 business days

  • Canada Orders: 7-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S. only)
     

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
 

How much does shipping cost?​

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking Page.
 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.
 

2. Returns & Exchanges
 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. However, we accept returns only for defective items. If your item has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request store credit.
 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer one-time size swaps if your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
 

Who covers the cost of returns or exchanges?

We cover the return shipping costs for defective items and exchanges.
 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email [support@sltburn.com] with your order number and photos of the item if defective. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.

How do I choose the right size?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit recommendations. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a better fit.
 

What materials are your swimwear made of?

Our swimwear is made from high-quality, quick-dry, and stretchable fabric blends to ensure durability and comfort.
 

How do I care for my swimwear?

  • Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach or tumble dry.

  • Lay flat to dry in the shade.

  • Avoid rough surfaces to prevent fabric damage.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.
